For 28 years, Tammy has spent time in the fitness industry developing solid training techniques, customizing workouts, collaborating with nutrition experts and designing programs for thousands of people.</p> <p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; font-family: 'Open Sans', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 1.8;">Working for a premier southern California spa, Tammy trained celebrities as they prepared for movie/television roles and learned side by side from the spa&rsquo;s famed dietician, giving her the opportunity to learn insider secrets to living fit and staying slim.</p> <p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 10px; font-family: 'Open Sans', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 1.8;">After moving to Atlanta, she was passionate about creating a studio where she could share her knowledge with others, teaching them the powerful effects of a healthy lifestyle. She designed signature workouts to deliver rapid results and give her clients a lean body design without bulk.
